Fall is finally here, and we’re celebrating the season with a fresh new menu that brings the warmth and comfort of the holidays right to your plate. Whether you're a regular or someone looking for their next favorite spot, we’ve got something exciting for you to try.
Our chefs have been busy creating mouthwatering dishes with the same dedication to quality ingredients that we’re known for. Think: handmade organic blue corn tortillas, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and scratch-made everything. We’re also proud to feature line-caught, wild seafood on our menu—and did we mention our award-winning beer? More on that in a sec.
Three New Must-Try Enchiladas
We’re excited to introduce three enchiladas to our menu (now available at all Puesto locations) and trust us—you’ll want to try them all. Here’s what’s on the menu:
Chicken Mole Enchilada: Tender chicken wrapped in our signature handmade blue corn tortillas, smothered in a rich, Oaxacan-style mole negro sauce. Topped with onions, queso fresco and a chile almond crunch for that perfect flavor and texture balance.
Enchilada Suizas: A comforting classic made with juicy chicken, bathed in a bright and tangy tomatillo verde sauce. It’s finished with melty Oaxacan-style cheese, creamy crema and fresh avocado.
Short Rib Enchilada: This one is for the bold! Guajillo-braised short rib packed into our blue corn tortillas, topped with salsa roja, Oaxacan-style cheese and creamy avocado. It’s rich, hearty and full of flavor.
Whether you're a longtime enchilada lover or new to the scene, these three dishes offer something special for every palate.
But Wait, There's More!
In addition to our amazing enchiladas, here’s what else is new on our menu:
Pollo Asado Taco: Grilled chicken seasoned to perfection, paired with hot honey (yep, you read that right), guacamole, asada pico and queso fresco. It’s sweet, savory and completely delicious.
Crab and Shrimp Flautas: Lump crab and Mexican shrimp wrapped in crispy tortillas, served with a zesty cabbage slaw and avocado salsa. This one’s for the seafood lovers.
Everything we make comes from the freshest ingredients, and we’re serious about flavor. From the lime juice in our salsas to the slaws on our flautas, we take pride in bringing you authentic, bold Mexican dishes that you can feel good about eating.
Raise a Glass to Our New Holiday Cocktails
No holiday season would be complete without a little festive cheer, and our new cocktails are just the thing to kick off your celebration. These drinks are the perfect complement to our menu and are only around for a limited time, so get them while you can:
Holiday Shopper Margarita: El Tequileño reposado tequila, Grand Marnier and a blend of hibiscus, ginger, cinnamon and fresh lime for that holiday twist on a classic margarita.
Champagne Ponche: This bubbly delight mixes Nicolas Feuillatte champagne with traditional holiday flavors like tejocote, guava, hibiscus, piloncillo and canela. A festive and fizzy toast to the season!
Naughty Shooter: If you're feeling a little mischievous, try this combo of Pueblo Viejo reposado tequila, hazelnut and Fireball for a sweet and spicy kick.
Nice Shooter: More on the nice side? This shot blends Pueblo Viejo blanco tequila with crème de menthe, crème de cacao and a dollop of whipped cream for a dessert-like sip.
And Now for the Big News… Our Award-Winning Beer
We’re incredibly proud to announce that The Puesto Negra, just took home Gold at the Great American Beer Festival! This dark, bold beer is the perfect accompaniment to our fall menu, and you don’t want to miss the chance to enjoy it. Trust us, it’s the kind of beer that’s worth celebrating.
